can I give this place a billion stars? service was outstanding - we sat in the bar until our table was ready (we were early) and 2 different waiters/bartenders came by to check on us and make sure we were okay. stayed attentive to us for the 15 minutes we sat there. at our table, our waiter (Andrew I think ) was one of the best waiters we have ever had. we like to dine long and he gave us all the time we needed and knew exactly when to check on us. his suggestions and help was also spot on. started with the fried soft shell crab, then had the steak and grouper. perfect. oh and the butter for the bread. so delicious. can't wait to go back and eat more!

Outstanding experience! From the start, they were very attentive. The food was amazing. We had the grouper and the ribeye. You won't go wrong with either of those. Our server was exceptional. She was very knowledgeable and treated us great! The cocktails were yummy! We will definitely be back and highly recommend.

One of the best meals I had on 30-A. The service is great too.

The service was excellent due to clever menu recommendations. The desserts were an added bonus! The chocolate martini was delicious. A very enjoyable experience.

I would probably give this place a 5 star rating if the service wasn't that bad and uncomfortable, maybe if we had a different waiter that night, our experience would have been more enjoyable. He was not welcoming at all, and didnt take enough time to attend us very well. Was not very thorough with the menu, and was very judgmental. It surprised me because the place was obviously high end, so we should have had the complete experience. Not a very good service at ALL, only until the very end when he gave us our check. The food and wine were AMAZING though, I had a lobster mac and cheese with a grouper i believe and it was amazing, as well as an arugula salad. Service 0, but food was a 10.

Our experience here was definitely worthy of four stars. We thought everything was lovely, and we had a very welcome, relaxing, delicious dinner here after a long day of traveling. We made our reservations here on this specific evening because we were arriving in Rosemary Beach late that afternoon, and we knew we would NOT want to get back in the car to find dinner. We were pleasantly greeted and shown immediately to our table (our reservation was for two for 6 p.m. on a Wednesday evening). It was a hot day, so I was looking forward to a cool cosmopolitan and I tried Paradis's version, the Princess Cosmopolitan with white cranberry juice, and it was perfectly refreshing. I wanted the caprese salad, but the waitress told me they were out and I switched to the spinach salad with goat cheese, sunflower seeds and dried cranberries, and it was delightful. My husband and I both ordered the evening's fish special: red fish with blue-cheese grits, asparagus and lump crab, and it was divine. We were actually still talking about it days later! For dessert, I had the key lime cheesecake, and it, too, was refreshing, the perfect dessert for hot weather. We sat inside, and we were glad; it was just too humid for dining al fresco, but the outdoor-dining area is absolutely lovely, and I admired it whenever we passed by. The indoor space is very urbane and sophisticated, with banquets for two, and overall quiet luxury. I would definitely return to Restaurant Paradis. We had a wonderful experience!

Excellent. Service was impeccable. Food outstanding. There is outside and inside seating. I had the pleasure of sitting outside, right as the sun was going down. If they are still offering this special when you go, try to arrive between 5 pm- 5:45 pm, their entrees are 1/2 price. My meal began with a grilled Caesar Salad - very good, yummy twist on a staple. It was served with pickled/candied red peppers of some sort, not sure the variety, but they were such a treat. For my main dish, I ordered the Sea Bass (pan seared, cooked perfectly, and not too dry.) It was a nice portion of meat, on top of a cranberry couscous; and a side of grilled asparagus finished off the plate. Perfect. Dessert was a creme brulee with fresh berries.

Dinner here was amazing! From the superb service to the casually refined ambiance to the lovingly prepared delectable food, everything was perfect across the board. This was our favorite meal of the entire summer. You MUST check it out if you ever get the chance. We will absolutely be back again as soon as we can. Thank you for a wonderful evening!!

This maybe a great restaurant, but they lost our reservation for our parent's 50th anniversary dinner and them they still would not accommodate our party and turned us away. Very very disappointing!!!

We just had a great meal. We had the tempura lobster tail and cast iron filet! It was one of the best meals I have had while on vacation here. They had some good French break and honey butter and overall was really good. Service was great too and he gave us a discount because we started before 6pm. They must have a rule or something like that. Ha

This is the finest skillet prepared steak i can remember in a very long time. They do it in Duck Fat, which produces this very nice crust .Salty, sweet and peppery at the same time. Add garlic purple mashed potatoes, broccolini and Stag's leap petite syrah and atmosphere and you are there. My spouse had lobster and beef that looked great but i didn'r rtry it. I will return to Paradis.

Read several Yelp reviews, and my daughter's imagination was captured by the description of the Lobster Mac & Cheese. The Line Caught Grouper lived up to all expectations. Our server team was lead by Joe and provided excellent service - we couldn't think of a single thing we had to ask for. Even though the table wasn't immediately ready, the house staff explained the situation and set expectations that they lived up to. In addition to the grouper, the Snapper was wonderful, and so was the Halibut special. We ordered all 4 deserts and passed them round. Every plate was cleaned before we left. Thanks for making my daughters 20th birthday a very memorable time.

I recently went here on vacation with my girlfriends. We went at happy hour which is a really great deal. You get 12 off the entrees and they also have 5 dollar drinks. We all got the sunset drink and it was light and refreshing. My friends got the filet for dinner and said it was great. I got the grouper and it was so good!!! Our waiter was super friendly as well which always makes the experience better!

Very nice atmosphere and menu but the service was incredibly slow and disappointing. Our waitress was nice but not experienced and they had her working way too many tables, some of which had larger parties. The apps, salads and seafood dishes were outstanding, but the "best filet on 30A" was badly over cooked and nobody ever came around to even ask us how things were after we were served. We had to ask our waitress twice for refills and still had to wait 15 minutes before receiving a second beer and iced tea. After we were served, our waitress vanished to tend to her plethora of tables and we had to hail another person down to ask her to bring the check when we were finished. This could be an amazing restaurant. The chef is talented, but this place is not worthy of the price point simply because of the crummy service.

The food was terrific... fresh and plentiful. Everyone in our party of 7 was raving. The only disappointment were the plain, white bread rolls. They were inconsistent with how thoughtful and exquisite everything else was! On the expensive side, but worth it!

My wife and I both had a delicious meal. The grouper & snapper special was great! It's a bit pricey but it was excellent as well as the service. Definitely recommend.

My boyfriend and I split the surf n turf steak and lobster and had the lobster cooked tempura style. It was incredible/ definitely my recommendation! We had crab cakes appetizers which were also great. The butter they bring out with the bread is some type of sweet honey butter and it was to die for! We had to request more butter! Service was good as expected as a nice restaurant, I would also suggest making a reservation hours in advance unless you are prepared to eat on the patio at 8:30!

Good food. Best is the twin lobster tail not on the menu. Love the bar for a drink after dinner. Wish the hostesses didn't always seem so snooty.

Everything we had here was excellent. The filet was the best I've ever had, lobster was cooked perfect, beef/blu cheese appetizer was awesome. We also had the grouper and lobster mac which were also amazing. This was best meal we had on vacation. Wish I could be a local to dine here more often! Great atmosphere too! 10 stars.

Chose this restaurant after reading other reviews. It did not disappoint. Our waiter, Andrew, was impressive and attentive, making this dining experience as wonderful as the food. First class--and not a dish taken up before all have finished--a minor feat in the SE. Two excellent martinis, wonderful sauvignon blanc, the grouper, enhanced with sauce and shrimp at our waiter's suggestion, was top notch. Great dining experience in the panhandle. We will be back! Thank you Andrew and Paradis!

Skip ACME and save your money for Restaurant Paradis. Great bartender, server was the incredible, lamb tempura starter should have been an entree, grouper and snapper entrees were great. We chose Paradis for a date night sans kids - no regrets.

After a shocking trawl about for food, 3rd place in we struck lucky. I thought it looked Italian, it was not, typical american seaside dishes, high end priced. The restaurant is lovely, nooks and crannys, we stopped by for dessert and had a pumpkin cheesecake thing between us, it was delish. We also had a cucumber martini - Ok but not the best, but then I saw the bartender uncork some Roederer and I said Oh yes please, ah bliss, 3 miles from the crib, we know where to do for the late night tipple. Service was efficient but devoid of friendliness. That's OK, we shall go back and indulge in a proper dinner - not something we do often. Update later folks.

Worth every penny! I had the chicken osso bucco, which had the right amount of spice and perfectly made ragout. Also learned I love okra. The local tomato mozzarella salad was also nice and fresh.

Food was good and the restaurant is beautiful but was not a fan of the way we were treated by the manager. Just shortly after the meal he came by and was already trying to press us to give up the table. Being a local, I have never seen that kind of behavior, and even having lived in New York for many years, I've never seen it. When going out to have a nice evening with friends, the last thing you want is to be hassled. Even the table next to us experienced some poor treatment from him when he had assumed incorrectly that they had not ordered entrees. I do have to say that our server was absolutely top notch, very polite, accommodating, and strove for excellence in spite of the behavior of his superiors

Ambiance and service were great. The stuffed shrimp with curry sauce was fabulous. The red snapper was delicious. Grouper was amazing especially if you like onions. Gene is a fantastic waiter. The bread rolls are hot. The coffee is French press... Which was exceptional.

We are giving Paradis a 4 star simply because there was nothing else in the area that could compare. We liked that we could eat fine dining on the patio with our kids. We enjoyed a meal here two nights. Our favorite item was the conch and corn chowder. Wow, that flavor was unique and perfect. The beef and blue cheese tortellini was not really tortellini but more of a puff pastry with a great garlic cream sauce. Their escolar fish appetizer with watermelon was actually pretty darn good, along with their tomato/mozzarella napoleon. Our entrees of snapper one night and the grouper the other were both cooked well. The staff and managers seemed to really care about your experience and were welcoming to us and our kids. This was the only place in Rosemary Beach that satisfied our fine dining inclinations.

I loved this place. Our server was great. I loved that he did not rush us and gave us time between courses to relax and enjoy the moment. All the food was delicious. I loved my snapper dish it had an amazing flavor. This is a great date place. Plus Rosemary Beach is so adorable it's a great place to eat and then maybe walk around and have a drink at one of the many other close restaurants.

On the final night of our first Gulf Coast vacation we went to Restaurant Paradis for our last meal of fresh Gulf cuisine. We are shorts and flip flops folks and were not dressed for the upscale R Paradis. None the less we were seated upon arrival at 5:15 on the patio. We were unaware of the 1/2 price deal on 5 of the entrees before 6 PM. Our waiter, Tyler, gave us the good news and told us about the special "crab on crab" appetizer, which we promptly ordered. Deep fried soft shell crab with lumps of king crab on top.....delicious. The chef is top notch. My wife enjoyed the grouper and I had the red snapper. The kitchen accommodated my shrimp/lobster allergy by substituting a non-shellfish sauce on the snapper. We finished with the raspberry chocolate mousse dessert, which was excellent. The only downsides of the meal were the large amount of insect activity on the patio at dusk (flies) and the obvious reticence of the owner to engage us while stopping by both other tables on the patio for a chat. Not sure if it was the shorts and flip flops or my tattoos, but he was not interested in talking to us... and we only had good things to say! We felt slighted. 4 out of 5 stars for great food and service, -1 star for an uncharacteristic hospitality snub.

This spot far exceeded my expectations! An awesome atmosphere to start but paled in comparison to the service and food. The service was so great - attentive but not overbearing and rushed. They were friendly and knew the food and wine list expertly and they encouraged us to take our time and enjoy our experience. And then there's the food..... Where do I start!! We had 6 people.. We ordered 3 appetizers, 3 salads, 1 soup and 6 entrees and LITERALLY every single bite was delicious!!!! I highly recommend the scallops, the snapper and the wild boar but the standards are great as well (surf and turf, grouper, swordfish). Don't miss out in this gem!!! The new ownership here was long overdue and they really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to be sure to cater to all our needs!!

Very friendly staff and a delightful meal. I agree with the other reviewer that's it's not super kid-friendly, but kids are happy when mom and dad are. I had the grouper and my husband had the snapper. Both were well prepared and nicely seasoned. My son had the chicken with polenta and loved it. The decor and atmosphere was beautiful. Swing by its worth the try!

Service: 3.75 out of 5 Food: 3 out of 5 Ambiance: 4 out of 5 We came here to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday all the way from Houston, TX. I called ahead the restaurant in advance of arriving in FL to see if they could do something special for a dessert (like bake a whole cake or something) to celebrate my husband's milestone birthday. While I get that may be a large request, the restaurant didn't even bother returning my call. And on top of that, when we got to the restaurant, our dessert took 35 mins to come out, and didn't have any candle or anything even though they knew it was his birthday (the host said "happy birthday, sir" when he checked us in). Our service (with exception of the dessert taking 35 mins to come out) was very good. Our server, Andrew, was friendly and knowledgable and seemed interested in making our dining experience pleasurable, which is always appreciated at a fine dining establishment. The food, was mediocre at best. We started with the french onion soup. It was very savory and tasty, but didn't have much broth to it. It did have large pieces of beef, which was different than most french onion soups I've had. We also shard the spinach and fig salad which was bland and not very exciting. It had some sort of fig vinaigrette that really had no flavor. For our entrees, my husband ordered the special of the night - surf and turf. It was $60 and definitely not worth it in my opinion. It was half a main lobster and filet. The filet was seared perfectly to med rare for my husband, but the lobster was overcooked. It was their take on a lobster thermidor that was just poorly executed. The meat was overcooked and thus hard to take out of the shell. I ordered the filet off the menu which was decent. We also made the mistake of ordering a side of the lobster mascarpone mac and cheese, which we didn't even touch. There was some seasoning in it that was completely over powering. All in all, it was a good experience bc it was a special occasion for us, but I was expecting a lot more, especially given the high reviews

A new favorite! Went here for Valentine's Day dinner and it was amazing! Owners are very friendly and servers are very knowledgeable. Nice wine list. We had the scallops as an app - so good! Grouper trio special was delicious, and the snapper in lobster coconut curry sauce was to die for! I wanted to lick the plate clean! Lol! We didn't order dessert. Very nice atmosphere too. Will be back for sure next time we are in Rosemary.

The perfect place for a romantic date! The iron skillet filet was the best filet I have ever had, and I've have a lot of filet. The salads were incredible and the peanut butter creme brûlée with French press coffee sealed the deal. Our waiter very friendly and the whole experience was 5-star.

  • Jen P.

Excellent food, professional, warm & friendly service/staff, lovely atmosphere. I really enjoyed my meal. I had the flounder with crab and shrimp. Dinner companions had a redfish special, the cast iron filet & a surf & turf (with steak & lobster tail). Everyone was thrilled with their meals. Also, I had my two year old with us. They prepared some grouper & pasta for him. I would agree that this is not really an ideal choice for dining with young kids, but the staff did their best to accommodate us & we had a successful evening.

  • Keith W.

The atmosphere was very classic. The service was outstanding (example - every time some got up from the table a server was there to re-fold our napkins. We had a party of 10 and all dinners were brought at the same time). The conch chowder was delicious. The grouper, snapper, and flounder entrees were all spectacular. Though there were young kids in the restaurant, this place is really more for adults.

    (5)
  • Eric S.

We really enjoyed our meal here. Came with the kids and was a little skeptical that there would be anything for them but we were pleasantly surprised. One had a petite filet with pasta. The steak was delicious. Other kid had the pasta bolognese (not on kids menu) and it too was great. We shared a bowl of the conch and corn chowder and it was delicious. The snapper was was very tasty as was the halibut. Service was excellent, too. We made the mistake of going to the underwhelming and overpriced Sugar Shak for "dessert" so no review there. But we will definitely be back.

Great Happy Hour! I had the tuna entree, it was very good.

  • Stacey R.

The blue cheese and beef app was amazing! Calamari was ok, not the best I've ever had. Enjoyed the black skillet steak & lobster tail grilled. Brussel sprouts were served late but very tasty. Friends had the snapper and elk, they cleaned their plates. Service was very good, GM kept checking on our table. The cocktails were extremely tasty, the mojito was strong and delicious! Lobster Thermidor was not great, my husband was slightly disappointed in the lack of what he expected of the lobster meat. It was stuffing not lobster meat. Otherwise, the meal was excellent

Paradis is our favorite place in RB. The food is wonderful, and my husband and I love food and cook and eat at cool, creative restaurants everywhere. Tempura lobster rolls, fresh fish creatively prepared. Cocktails excellent (try the Whiskertini and proceeds go to the local humane soc.). Rhaphael treated us like royalty!

After walking by Paradis for the past 5 years, my wife and I went in and tried it. Wow! We are sorry it took us so long to walk in. We went for dinner Feb. 26th, 27th and 28th. The staff is great. We loved Jeff the bartender, Mary the hostess, and our server all three nights, Alex. The place is very attractive and the food terrific. We highly recommend Paradis. We will be back in June and I am sure we will be back in Paradis!

Our family of 12, ranging in age from 2 to 79, ate here last week during our annual Rosemary Beach vacation. The food was phenomenal and the service was wonderful. We had a waiter who went out of his way to take great care of our kids - he brought them off the menu pasta dishes which were delicious and Shirley Temples. The kids were so happy. I especially appreciated the restaurant making sure we felt welcome. It really wasn't a place for kids but we did not know when we made the reservation and no one seemed to mind. The rest of us were also treated to great service, wonderful food, and a memorable evening.

Decided to try it again after a bad meal two years ago. Walked in and was ignored for a bit. Said something to the manager and he was rude. We left. We may try again in a few years, but hopefully, something better will be there in its place.

Paradis is a beautiful restaurant located in the Rosemary Beach area. They boast a great drink menu and good food that does not disappoint. Though I was able to enjoy this experience as a guest, I still found the prices to be egregious, far beyond what they need to be. However, it is on point with the area and perhaps the prices are meant to attract a certain type of clientele; it is clearly upscale and I felt under-dressed in jeans and a sweater. That being said, the food was a step above: quality ingredients and creative preparation. Everything we had was delicious, though I think I ordered best that night with the grouper served on lobster orzo. The taste was wonderful and "light" comparative to my husband's crab-stuffed shrimp wrapped in pancetta. Another table favorite was the crispy chicken. If I needed to impress someone, this may very well be where I took them.

  • Jeffrey M.

I personally think this is the best dinner on 30A! Always warmly greeted, great service, elegant dining room, and a nice wine list. We've literally never had a bad dish and have now dined here 4 times. Even my kids love it. The steak cooked in a cast iron skillet is the best I have ever had, period! They have amazing seafood and deserts as well. Sometimes it's the small things, but the servers always re-fold your napkin when you leave the table periodically. Servers always go out of their way as well, very professional! I would recommend to anyone!

We dined at Paradis last night with friends. The service was a bit snooty. The girl that greeted us at the door was less than friendly, we asked for a take out box for our uneaten entrée, asked for extra of the side, potatoes, and was notified that there would be an extra charge for the potatoes. We spent more than $300 for dinner and found the food to be good, but management poor. We are at the beach, lets lighten up!

Restaurant Paradis is moderately expensive so it is a place that we save for special occasions. If we invite local friends to join us, we make certain they are into fine dining. Our most recent visit was on a Sunday evening in late February so the restaurant was not as crowded as we normally find it. I would recommend reservations which are best made by email a day prior. Every visit to Paradis in the past three years has been an outstanding event. We normally begin the meal with an appetizer and they usual offer several that are not on the menu. The soft shell crab appetizer, when available, is outstanding but ask the price, if your server does not volunteer it, as you may find it jaw dropping. On our last visit the couple dining with us shared a tuna tartar appetizer that they found interesting. I had the French onion soup which was hot and plentiful but I would recommend a different choice. We generally pass on the salad choices. Paradis always offers a surf and turf chief's special which my wife normally orders. In case the server fails to mention, this can be paired with either an 8 ounce or 5 ounce fillet. The 5 ounce is thick enough to order rare and sufficient for most. I normally prefer the snapper or the rib eye steak. Both of these items are menu staples. The service at Paradis is exceptional and seating is comfortable. Drinks are what I expect from a fine restaurant both in quantity and price.

It's a shame that the staff and manager have been so extremely RUDE to me and my guests lately. We think the chef is good, and the drinks and atmosphere are pleasant too, but the owner of this place needs to do a complete overhaul of his staff. We own a house within walking distance and frequent this restaurant often. We've personally spent thousands of dollars at this place over the past 5 years and have even purchased gift certificates for family members who stay at our place during the winter months. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area within walking distance who appreciate seeing us when we walk in... Edwards, Onano, Calizza, George's, LaCrema, to name a few. When I spend this kind of money for a meal, or even for drinks, I like to go where I am appreciated, and where the staff is happy to see me.

Nice setting Friendly staff Somewhat kid friendly Expensive but not insanely so given the location Portions are not huge Nice presentation Tasty But, ammonia tasting shrimp...uh oh. Went here tonight, for the second night of our honeymoon. This place had really great portion sizes (I'm stuffed), great service, and great food. I had the grouper special (grouper with blue crab and shrimp topped with hollandaise sauce). My husband had the elk braised in duck fat. The Chocolate Mousse was an excellent way to finish off this wonderful dinner. I have to be honest, we read some of the reviews here before going so we weren't really sure what to expect. In the end, we were very impressed. Would definitely go back!

stayed at rosemary and went to paradis for dinner and it was great - glad to see a good resturant in the community and will go again - do not understand some of the bad ratings i found on net as our meal was the best we ate the entire stay of a week.

Lucky for us we came here with a friend who insisted on paying for dinner, or else we would probably never set foot in a place like Paradis. It's expensive, but you should know that from not only the area, but also the $$$$ here on Yelp and the complexity of the food. I started with the special soup of the day, which was a poblano pepper and turnip soup with some lump crab meat and green onions on top. I wanted an entire bucket of this soup, and could've just eaten this soup as my entire meal had I been given enough of it. One of the best soups that I've ever had, and I'm not really a big soup person. For our main entrees, my wife had the grouper, which seemed to be the specialty of the house. It was grilled and served over a sautéed lobster orzo and fennel, roasted Patty Pan squash and finished with a classic beurre blanc. I was lucky enough to snag a couple of bites, and it was very light and delicious. I got the grilled jumbo wild shrimp, stuffed with crabmeat and wrapped in pancetta (Yes, wrapped in pancetta). It was served with smoked cheddar corn soufflé and a red curry sauce. The sauce was fantastic, and the corn souffle was spicy and delicious as well. The shrimp was really meaty, and being stuffed with crab and wrapped in pancetta, it was a little bit rich but I freaking loved it. Now, was it worth the price? It's hard for me to gauge because I didn't actually pay as I said earlier, but if I close my eyes and imagine shelling out the cash for this meal, I can say that I wouldn't be very disappointed. Each dish is maybe a couple bucks over what it should be, but with the level of complexity and execution in each dish, you will not be disappointed with your meal at Paradis.

  • Etzer D.

The food is excellent, specially when you get in between 5.00pm and 5.45pm to enjoy their 50% off most entrees. During this time they also have a $5,- martini special. Walking in we're greeted by two very friendly ladys and shown to our reserved table. It took awhile for the waiter to say 'hi' but that may just be the Southern politeness here because they were letting us take our time with everything and weren't rushing us with anything. The food was excellent, we had the Snapper (recommended by one of our friends), Grouper and Gulf Shrimp (not our favorite), all very good quality food and definitely worth the 50% off price. Would I have paid the full price? Probably not, but that's just me. We ended with the cranberry crème brûlée, now after all that excellent food, that was quite a disappointment. Based on the plates being chilled, I'd say that it was pre-prepared and just blanched prior to serving. It was not the usual room-temperature dish but tasted just plain disappointingly mundane compared to all the other exquisiteness. Let the crème brûlée, not disappoint you however and take this place as highly recommended.

One of the top two or three restaurants between Pensacola and Panama City, and as my wife is from Pensacola, we have tried most of the restaurants in this beautiful stretch of beach. Superb wine list, great atmosphere and outstanding food justify the price you will pay for a great meal. The wine prices are actually very reasonable, with most of the better wines at a lower price point than I have seen in other restaurants.

Been here probably 7-8 times before. Really disappointed last night. Made reservation for my family (including 2 kids and a baby) and was told only outside seating available. Practically no one was seated inside when we got there or when we left. Food and service were good as usual but our meal was ruined because our table was literally swarmed by flies. I'm talking 30+ flies swarming around our table landing on our food and drinks. At one point I looked over at my daughters $15 "kid meal" and there were 6 flies lit on her plate crawling all over her food. Even though it was obvious, I told the server we weren't pleased and he said "that's what the fans are for". He was apologetic, but didn't really offer to do anything about it. Had another reservation for a different night but I won't pay $125 to feel disgusted by their uninvited "guests" again.

Our party of 4 had a great experince here. Our reservations were for 7 p.m. We were seated promptly. The chef's soup (cream of asperagus) was excellent. The stuffed shrimp, petite fillet and ahi tuna got great reviews from our table. Diners should understand that there is an upcharge of $4 for blue cheese, $7 for crabmeat topping, and $15 to add a petite fillet to make a seafood entre surf and turf. The menu is online, so just make sure you have no surprises regarding prices. That being said the food was high quality and I'm glad we chose it for our anniversary dinner.

Paradis was recommended by a work associate. She stated that the food was good, but not outstanding, but the drinks were outstanding. We went as a first night out. We decided the live it up. The wine menu was adequate. We're not fans of white wine, but they had a Eroica reisling that suited us well. The menu is impressive. We started with Oysters Paradis. They were excellent. I had a Cesar salad that was grilled. Again, great! My wife had the snapper which was with gnocchi, artichoke, and olives. Amazing! I would have been jealous but my stuffed shrimp paradis were as good as her snapper. To say the shrimp were large is an understatement. Four stuffed shrimp and I was stuffed as well. I finished my meal with a french press coffee (very rich and delicious) and we shared a flour-less chocolate cake. There was nothing to complain about for this meal. As listed, this is elite dining and well worth the significant cost. We highly recommend this establishment.

Full name is Paradis du Parvenue. Too expensive. Nothing overwhelming. Very nice interior. Only liquor license in rosemary. Overrun by douche bags in Armani suits. Hostesses could be nicer. I'll go back plenty, but not during an Atlanta tourist time.

service was good, food was good but not great felt like a real restaurant as opposed to a cafe which most more aptly describes most eateries in and around Rosemary pricey, but hey, it's the beach would eat there again

You can go to this place for a special occasion and dress up, if you want to. After 7 PM is the best time to go. The food was good, I has the tortellini appetizer, spinach salad and the steak entree. I Love the spinach salad. The steak was really good and the sauce was full of flavor, but a little on the salty side. It came with broccoli robe, which I don't like, so it would be unfair to comment on it. I didn't eat it. The tortellini was deep fried in some type of oil that made them very chewy and difficult to eat, but full of flavor. The mashed potatoes where really too rich for me, but good. I would order the steak again, but would ask for replacements. The key lime cheese cake was OK , but tasted like cheese cake without the key lime. My husband ordered the calamari and also said it was very chewy and did not finish it. I think they are doing a great job with the way the place looks, flavor of foods and the way it is prepared. They just need to work on replacing the oil with something lighter, it made the food heavy, chewy and oily. I will go again, but will not order anything that is fried, Also, lots of people do not like broccoli robe. They need to get it off the menu.

Paradis is a wonderful spot in a beautiful place away from the hum drum of Panama City. The decor is peaceful and calming; banquets for two offer a romanic evening for a special couple. Service is attentive and knowledgable. Had the oyster Rockerfeller to start, these delights need to be renamed. Perfectly prepared but with chedder cheese and pancetta a wonderful slant on a classic. The grilled caesar was small for the cost, but flavor did not disappoint. All of the seafood entrees were prepared tp our liking. Paradis is a spot to go when you want to dine at your pace rather than the more hectic pace of other establishments.

Paradis is a welcome addition to the area, well complimenting the diverse fare to be had. Beginning with the reservation process, which may be completed online, our recent evening was very nearly perfect. Centrally located in Rosemary Beach, the architecture is in keeping with the overall aesthetic of the property and is intimate and inviting. The bar and dining areas are cozy and comfortable, and the staff is friendly. Our party of five enjoyed the specialty cocktail menu and was pleased to see special requests easily accommodated (e.g., Knob Creek Manhattan, straight-up). As noted in another review, the Oysters Rockefeller were wonderfully re-imagined. We also enjoyed the Lobster Bisque, the calamari, and the Spinach Salad, although the portions of the latter two were smallish. Entrees included the Paradis Ribeye, a bone-in cut with a chipotle relish, Sea Bass, Ahi Tuna, and Red Snapper, among others. All diners reported great satisfaction, with nary a complaint regarding flavors, doneness, or presentation. Although service was attentive, at times the pacing was slower than it should have been. The menu items were well priced, although drinks prices were slightly elevated -- then again, one should bear in mind the neighborhood.

10 stars.

Delicious! I had the snapper and it was my favorite meal we had on our vacation. Half price entrees from 5-6pm.

Excellent, good quality food, but service a bit slow and they were late to seat us. Staff was friendly. Would come back but mainly because food was delicious including good dessert.

Very very disappointing!!!

can I give this place a billion stars? service was outstanding - we sat in the bar until our table was ready (we were early) and 2 different waiters/bartenders came by to check on us and make sure we were okay. stayed attentive to us for the 15 minutes we sat there. at our table, our waiter (Andrew I think ) was one of the best waiters we have ever had. we like to dine long and he gave us all the time we needed and knew exactly when to check on us. his suggestions and help was also spot on. started with the fried soft shell crab, then had the steak and grouper. perfect. oh and the butter for the bread. so delicious. can't wait to go back and eat more!

Outstanding experience! From the start, they were very attentive. The food was amazing. We had the grouper and the ribeye. You won't go wrong with either of those. Our server was exceptional. She was very knowledgeable and treated us great! The cocktails were yummy! We will definitely be back and highly recommend.

The service was excellent due to clever menu recommendations. The desserts were an added bonus! The chocolate martini was delicious. A very enjoyable experience.

We just had a great meal. We had the tempura lobster tail and cast iron filet! It was one of the best meals I have had while on vacation here. They had some good French break and honey butter and overall was really good. Service was great too and he gave us a discount because we started before 6pm. They must have a rule or something like that. Ha
